Ok Ladies it’s time to learn to get the wheels off the ground! Sick of watching others hit jumps that you can’t?? This is for you!! Learn to jump at Ride Kanuga. This isn’t a 2-hour clinic on wood ramps. This is 8 hours of professional coaching. Led by Dynamic Cycling Coach Lilly Driver. Lilly has her PMBIA Level 2 certification; and is certified to teach jumping. Her assistant Lyndsey McIntyre, a PMBIA Level 1 coach, is working on getting her level 2 this season.
In the morning, we start in a cone zone introducing and developing the skills required to jump. Mid-morning we start working on the jumps experimenting and applying the skills. Jumping is all about progression….we start small working our way up from the green’s, to the blues and maybe finally the blacks.
This is a women’s only clinic taught by women. No Bro’s here…this is an encouraging safe space where Lilly and Lyndsey will teach and encourage you. Plenty of time to session and practice on all the features. From small 1- or 2-foot tables up to 10 – 15 foot tables by the end of the afternoon.
Stop riding around the jumps or rolling all the tables Learn to ride the jump as it was meant to be ridden, floating over the table and landing on the other side. By the end of the afternoon what was once fearful you conquer as your rip down the jump on the last run or two. At the end of the day you will have crushed your goals, made new riding buddies, and have
become the rider you want to be.
